Responsibilities
Develop new business via mass communication such as email, SMS, and phone to introduce our SaaS solution within the target market.
Support sales team on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts.
Manage data for prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing potential leads and passing off qualified opportunities to the sales team.
Implement creative ways to engage and build rapport to maintain your book of prospects

Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, driven, and desire to succeed
Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
Prior lead generation experience
Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate
1-3 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience specifically with B2B
Experience with Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas
Coachable with an appetite to seek and, most importantly adapt when feedback is given
To be adaptable and think outside the box to proactively address potential roadblocks and/or issues
The ability to work independently in an environment that changes rapidly
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
