Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and iterate a comprehensive sales strategy targeting key industries
Create and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, well contractors, and other channel partners
Drive revenue growth through hardware sales and recurring SaaS subscriptions
Work closely with leadership to refine product offerings based on market feedback
Establish sales processes, metrics, and reporting systems
Represent Resource Monitor at industry events and customer meetings

Required
Substantial B2B sales experience, bonus if you have experience in a leadership role
Experience with IoT/hardware sales and recurring revenue business models
Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics and indirect sales strategies
Background in industrial water management
Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
Willingness to travel up to two (2) weeks per month (typical travel is ~3-5 days per month). Arrangements can be discussed for candidates with caregiving responsibilities.
Preferred
Experience in water management, agriculture, energy, or utility sectors
Track record of building successful distributor/contractor relationships
Familiarity with industrial IoT platforms and SaaS business models
History of exceeding revenue targets in startup environments
