Responsibilities

New Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the East Coast region. Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets. Focus on hunting and closing new accounts.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.

Required

Minimum of 15 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a strong focus on new business development.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Will be required to travel in the US and visit customers.
Must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident or EAD Card Holder.
Must have been a part of President's Club/ Winner's Circle/ Achiever's Club/ Platinum Club/ Others.

Preferred

Experience in the procurement software industry is highly preferred.
MBA is a plus.
