Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
Schedule appointments for plumbing services and coordinate with field technicians
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
Assist in billing and invoicing processes to ensure timely payments
Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure the office runs smoothly
Create and update reports regarding service calls and customer feedback
Aid in the development of marketing materials and social media campaigns

Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies effectively
Customer-focused attitude with a strong commitment to service excellence
