Responsibilities

Manage client relationships from onboarding to ongoing strategy implementation
Oversee multiple client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client goals
Monitor and report on account performance and KPIs
Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to account growth
Manage client expectations and resolve issues
Maintain accurate client data and documents in our systems

Required

3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing or sales agency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset and strategic thinking abilities
Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and data analysis

Preferred

Experience with Slack, Pipedrive, Zapier, Clickfunnels, and GoHigh Level is a plus
