Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets in Fortune 500 companies, focusing on both new logo acquisition and expanding the install base.
New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within Fortune 500 companies, ensuring the pipeline is consistently full.
Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Hygiene: Keeping up to date with Slack, email and HubSpot, ensuring all data is accurately reported on a timely basis to help the company make informed business decisions.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, finance, logistics and customer success teams to align on strategy and ensure customer needs are met.
Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position the company's IoT solutions.
Travel: Willingness to travel to meet with customers and prospects, attend industry events, and represent the company at key conferences.
Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Required
Bachelors degree
5-7 years of sales and account management experience
Experience in hardware and software sales and selling subscription deals
Experience in B2B IoT or proptech
Experience in start-ups and scale-ups
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Easy going and able to build rapport with strangers very quickly
Has a strong desire to succeed and deliver results and value
Strong ability to run discovery conversations with clients and partners to uncover information and push clients/partners to think about things they haven’t thought of
Ability to work in ambiguous situations
