Responsibilities
Identify and target potential customers in our commercial segment (up to 5,000 employees): Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients to build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring long-term partnership.
Customized solution selling: Understand the unique needs of each client and develop tailored proposals that address their specific challenges and goals.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in delivering value to clients.
Negotiate and close deals: Lead contract negotiations and close deals that align with company objectives while ensuring client satisfaction.
Market insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to drive strategic sales initiatives.

Required
3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with a strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge and experience in relevant industry, e.g., SaaS, technology, etc.
Ability to lead complex negotiations with C-level executives and close large-scale deals.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Ability to analyze market trends and client data to inform sales strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred
MBA is a plus.
