Responsibilities
Conduct thorough functional testing of all new features and enhancements prior to deployment
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve software defects prior to deployment
Maintain feature release tracker to ensure successful product deployments
Perform all regression testing prior to deployment and after deployment is complete
Create external release article and update help center accordingly
Serve as the primary point of contact for bug escalations from the internal team.
Investigate and prioritize reported issues, working with development teams to implement timely resolutions.
Work closely with product development, engineering, design, and customer support teams to drive product quality improvements.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to streamline QA processes and bug resolution workflows.

Required
2+ years of proven experience in product management, quality assurance, or software testing roles.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and bug tracking systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence decision-making.
Experience working in Agile development environments
