Responsibilities
Creating, managing, monitoring and optimizing costs for the performance of ads to generate conversions
Doing research and performing competitive bidding
Measuring, analyzing and reporting on campaign updates such as CPC, CPA and benchmarks
Establish KPIs and other metrics to ensure we are hitting campaign goals
Continuously monitor the effectiveness of these programs to ensure we are driving value and ROI

Required
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications (or a related field)
Generally have 3-5 years of hands-on digital advertising experience
Demonstrated proficiency with search, display and social advertising platforms and tools such as Google Adwords and Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Proficient in Google Data Studio, and/or other comparable data analytics and visualization tools
Experience in implementing event-based conversion tracking
