Responsibilities
Develop expertise in a portfolio of solutions to reduce friction in users’ access and onboarding journey.
Serve as the technical product manager for new integration feature development, creating requirements, managing backlog, prioritizing development, and engaging directly with the engineering team.
Collaborate with UX, CX, product managers, and other cross-functional teams across Higher Education to ensure access and integration use cases are understood and requirements are implemented according to user needs.
Lead and support continual process improvement by proposing and solutioning optimizations for access and integration workflows and user experiences.
Work with the Manager/Director of Product Management to define the product roadmap and growth opportunities.
Assist in the creation of product-related documentation and go-to-market activities.
Analyze usage data and customer feedback to inform the roadmap and prioritization of requirements.
Think from a data-first mentality, incorporating data wherever possible for informed decision-making and development.
Develop rapport and trust with key stakeholders across Higher Education, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), and Digital & Technology (D&T) teams.

Required
minimum of 4+ years' experience in product/program management or software development.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems, building and managing APIs, technical integrations, or platforms.
Experience with Agile development methodologies, (Jira and Confluence is a plus.)
Excellent communication and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
Project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong listener, with the ability to interview customers and stakeholders to understand what problems we need to solve for and translate those into product requirements.
Strong team-player attitude, with the ability to work well independently.
Demonstrated ability and desire to successfully work on a virtual team.
