Responsibilities
Identifying, negotiating, and selling Footy Access inventory.
Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ business and marketing needs to deliver confident recommendations that engage and inspire.
Nurture partner relationships at all levels from day-to-day contacts to executive decision makers through regular touchpoints, including but not limited to, email communication, and weekly status calls
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, activation best practices and new media marketing efforts.
Proven ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results
Lead the creation and presentation of client-ready materials, such as POVs, recommendations, and activation plans. This will include preparing marketing activation presentations and materials to be distributed to the client, agencies, and other counterparts.

Required
A track record of successfully leading and growing partnerships by building strong relationships with both internal and external teams.
Presentation skills, including the ability to lead discussions and interact with senior executives (internally and externally)
Solid understanding of sponsorship activation including events, media, marketing rights, content, etc.
Experience and understanding of the business of sports, sports media and sports marketing/sponsorship is highly preferred.
Relationship management skills both internally and externally, adapting to various personalities and working styles
Must be highly motivated, proactive, self-starter with high energy and team spirit
Sales and negotiation skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or partnerships roles in sports companies.
Preferred
Experience and understanding of the business of sports, sports media and sports marketing/sponsorship is highly preferred.
