Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of solutions using Coda.io

Coach and train the team on advanced Coda.io features and best practices

Build dynamic workflows and automation systems in Coda.io

Develop robust API integrations between Coda.io and existing systems using Java and Python

Ensure scalability and performance optimization of the integration pipelines

Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and implement solutions effectively

Analyze existing processes and propose technical solutions to enhance efficiency

Work with prototypes to refine and deliver faster, better solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation tools and integrations

Attend and actively contribute to daily meetings during Mountain Time (1-2 per day)

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables

Required

Proven experience in Coda.io with the ability to independently manage projects and train teams

Proficiency in Java and Python

Strong understanding of API development and integration processes

Experience delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines

Experience in automation testing and tools

Familiarity with Agile project management practices

Strong organizational skills to manage time and tasks independently

Flexibility and self-management

Ability to analyze and optimize complex systems

Ability to adapt to changing workloads and timelines
