Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their unique marketing objectives, ensuring these goals are accurately conveyed to the internal performance team.
Collaborate with the digital performance team to formulate actionable strategies on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms, presenting these recommendations clearly and confidently to clients.
Serve as a strategic partner, identifying opportunities for campaign optimization and alignment with client goals, while articulating the value and expected outcomes of each approach.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, positioning Missio as a dedicated and results-oriented partner.
Conduct client meetings and calls to discuss campaign goals, strategic direction, and performance insights, proactively addressing any concerns or questions.
Foster an open line of communication to ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in Missio’s approach.
Work closely with the performance team to understand and interpret campaign results, preparing insights for client discussions that highlight key achievements and areas for growth.
Present and justify campaign strategies, performance trends, and projections to clients, providing a clear picture of ROI and alignment with their marketing goals.
Translate performance metrics into actionable insights, helping clients understand how specific tactics on Meta Ads and Google Ads support their overarching objectives.
Lead regular client calls, preparing in advance with strategic updates and performance summaries provided by the performance team.
Offer valuable insights on platform trends and industry benchmarks, sharing innovative ideas that align with the client’s vision.
Document and communicate meeting notes and follow-up actions, ensuring alignment between the client’s needs and the internal team’s execution.
Partner with the digital advertising team to ensure client feedback is integrated into ongoing campaign strategies.
Act as an intermediary, relaying client goals, feedback, and strategic adjustments to the internal team in a clear and structured way.
Stay informed on campaign adjustments, allowing you to effectively communicate progress and strategic shifts back to the client.
Advocate for client needs and priorities, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
Present a compelling narrative that demonstrates Missio’s value, explaining how each campaign strategy supports their mission-driven advertising goals.
Achieve a satisfaction rating of 9.0 or higher by delivering consistent, high-quality communication and demonstrating an understanding of each client’s goals.
Support 100% client retention, addressing any potential concerns early and promoting Missio’s long-term value.
Ensure all client communications are prompt, professional, and align with Missio’s values.
Maintain clear and efficient collaboration with the internal team, ensuring that campaign execution is fully aligned with client expectations.

Required
2+ years of experience in client success or account management, ideally with exposure to digital advertising on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and sustaining client relationships.
Experience in strategic planning or presenting advertising metrics and campaign outcomes, with a solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentals.
Ability to clearly communicate complex information, providing clients with strategic insights that reinforce campaign value.
