Responsibilities
Automate workflows in HR processes to minimize inefficiencies and scale operations
Provide an immersive onboarding experience for new hires to highlight how their role has real impact on the business and the business of our customers
Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Help gather feedback from employees and contribute to creating an inclusive work environment.
Maintain accurate employee records, assist with benefits administration, and ensure HR data is up-to-date in HRIS systems. Help with the preparation of HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide basic guidance on HR policies and procedures. Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and resolving issues.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
6+ years of people operations experience (experience weathering a high-growth startup strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of human resources best practices and employment law
Experience in implementing and building HR automations and systems
Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Solid judgment and ensures integrity, compliance, and confidentiality when handling highly sensitive information
Can multitask and prioritize without compromising attention to detail
Passionate about creating a positive employee experience
Preferred
Master’s Degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Psychology, or similar preferred
Certification in SHRM or HRCI preferred
