Responsibilities
Client management: Reaching out to existing clients through calls, emails, and personalized presentations to understand their general financial needs and showcase the firm's capabilities on tax, life and financial planning.
Relationship building: Cultivating strong relationships with existing and potential clients by providing exceptional service and staying informed about their family needs and challenges.
Proposal development: Crafting tailored proposals that address specific client needs and highlight the value proposition of the firm's services.
CRM Proficiency: Ability to manage and track client interactions within a customer relationship management (CRM) system

Required
Proven 2+ years’ experience in business development.
Strong understanding of accounting and financial services.
