Responsibilities
Interns will work on legal research, analysis and writing, enforcement case development, rule development including drafting and stakeholder engagement, and standard work development for process improvements.
You will have the opportunity to attend a field trip, work with the air, water and waste programs, interact with the Attorney General’s Office, and complete the summer with several polished writing samples and at least one formal presentation before ADEQ leadership.

Required
Candidate must be currently enrolled in a JD or LLM program
Candidate must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Candidate must have the right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
Students should have completed courses in: Legal Writing and Research, Constitutional Law, Civil Procedure
