Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison to Inceptia and its external and internal customers to create new business opportunities.

Oversee the daily revenue-generating activities for the Northeast territory for current and prospective clients in the Higher Education sector.

Identify and assess client needs while promoting Inceptia’s products and services as solutions.

Implement annual sales plans.

Participate in National Business Development Meetings.

Assist in developing and launching new or improved company products and services.

Represent Inceptia at client and industry events, delivering professional subject matter presentations.

Required

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required; a graduate degree is preferred.

A self-motivated individual with two years of relevant experience or training in Higher Education Administration, Higher Education Consulting, or a related field; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proven self-starter with a measurable track record of sales success.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.

A solid interest in creativity and innovation and their positive impact on business growth.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while collaborating with individuals both within and outside the organization.

In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to Higher Education.

A sound understanding of basic higher education enrollment and financial aid principles.

Successful completion of a background check is required.
