Responsibilities
Develop and lead the comprehensive marketing strategy, including brand positioning, go-to-market plans, and launch campaigns for our sci-fi shooter game.
Identify target audiences, optimize player acquisition funnels, and implement effective user engagement strategies.
Design and execute digital campaigns across social media, influencers, gaming platforms, and other digital channels to increase brand visibility and player reach.
Drive brand storytelling and content creation to build an authentic and engaging brand presence.
Develop community engagement plans, including influencer partnerships, livestream events, and social media interaction to grow a passionate fanbase.
Oversee the development of marketing assets such as trailers, promotional videos, social media content, and game showcases.
Analyze player data, market trends, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and ROI.
Use insights from user behavior and feedback to inform game design and player experience improvements.
Continuously monitor KPIs, including player acquisition costs, lifetime value, and engagement metrics, to drive strategic decisions.
Partner with the game development, production, and business teams to align marketing efforts with product milestones and company objectives.
Work closely with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to leverage marketing strategies that attract investors and strategic partnerships.
Manage relationships with media outlets, gaming publications, and key influencers to secure coverage and maximize reach.
Lead press releases, interviews, and other public relations activities to enhance the company's brand presence in the industry.

Required
7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on gaming, entertainment, or technology sectors.
Proven track record in successful game launches, community management, and digital marketing.
Deep understanding of player acquisition strategies, retention techniques, and industry trends.
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities with experience in creating compelling marketing content.
Strong analytical skills, including experience with marketing analytics tools and performance metrics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and adapt to the dynamic needs of a growing startup.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience working with Unreal Engine 5 or similar game engines.
Established network within the gaming community, influencers, and media outlets.
