Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify and prioritize business questions, ensuring insights align with Sniffies’ strategic initiatives.
Analyze revenue streams to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization, working closely with Data Engineering to ensure data accessibility and accuracy.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to assess paid media performance, provide data-driven recommendations for spend allocation, and improve campaign ROI.
Conduct product usage analysis to understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence Product strategy and relevant KPIs
Work cross-functionally with the Product and Marketing teams to measure the success of strategic initiatives and provide insights that enhance product functionality and marketing effectiveness.
Deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders, translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that align with Sniffies' strategic goals.
Partner with Product and Marketing teams to design experiments and analyze results in order to make data-driven launch decisions.
Work with Data Engineering to build and validate predictive models for customer lifetime value, churn prediction, and user segmentation, supporting retention and growth initiatives.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across different sources and platforms.
Influence data collection processes and best practices to maintain a high standard of data hygiene, supporting stakeholders in understanding and utilizing data effectively.
Develop frameworks and scalable processes to drive data-driven decision-making and prioritization.

Required
5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, ideally with experience in subscription-based or digital product analytics.
Experience with data visualization tools.
Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
Familiarity with marketing analytics and revenue optimization strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote team environment.
Demonstrates adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and comfort in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities to achieve impactful results.
Preferred
Experience in consumer-focused tech, social platforms, or mobile apps.
Demonstrated understanding of the Sniffies brand, community, and product.
Previous experience with Python or similar for data manipulation and advanced analysis.
Proven ability to thrive in small-team settings, with experience leading independent projects or initiatives.
