Responsibilities
Update Agency Pipeline with client and advisor correspondence, make sure all signed agreements are attached to the corresponding deal
Go through lost deals and see if there is any that can be brought back to market
Liaison with auction houses and clients directly for smaller value property to get estimates
Connecting clients who have agreed to consign with Director of Operations & Compliance to assure we run KYC checks
Organize spreadsheets for property selling with Sale Dates, Lot Numbers, Estimates and Hammer Prices
Create calendar invites for upcoming sales and watch auctions live to record our clients’ results
Track our IC due for each sale and follow-up with auction houses for any missing or late payments
Provide administrative support to the advisory team when needed
Formatting and editing documents
Photoshop and photograph art
Create client presentations via PowerPoint or Word

Required
Knowledge of Art History and Auction Experience is essential
Outstanding work ethic and know how to prioritize and manage their time efficiently and effectively
Described by their peers as 'detail-oriented,' 'professional,' and 'accountable'
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive managing multiple projects on tight deadlines
Team player with the ability to take initiative and think creatively while working autonomously
Excited to be a collaborative member of the team and learn the in’s and out’s of the Art Advisory & Agency industry
Keen interest and corresponding work experience and/or studies in art history
Motivated and interested in both the gallery and auction markets
Computer skills – MS Office, Photoshop, Internet savvy
Preferred
Auction & Collections Management experience highly recommended
Keen interest in and knowledge of fine art (AND/OR antiques, tangible assets, collectibles etc)
