Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior management to implement sales strategies for the IntelliShade product line, focusing on smart shading solutions for residential and commercial applications.
Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans that address the unique needs of the densely populated Northeast market.
Conduct a thorough market analysis of the Northeast's diverse metropolitan areas, identifying opportunities in both urban and suburban markets.
Utilize market data to target high-potential segments, particularly in luxury residential, commercial office spaces, and historic building renovations.
Drive lead generation through industry events, trade shows, and architect/designer networking within major Northeast metro areas.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, building contractors, and property developers.
Oversee the development of the regional sales team across the Northeast's major metropolitan areas.
Provide specialized training on IntelliShade's smart technology features and integration capabilities.
Optimize sales processes for the region's unique challenges, including historic building requirements and energy efficiency regulations.
Collaborate with product development teams to address region-specific needs, such as solutions for historic properties and extreme weather conditions.
Generate detailed performance reports focusing on market penetration in key Northeast metropolitan areas.
Ensure compliance with varied state and local building codes and energy efficiency requirements.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in smart home technology, window treatments, or related building products
Demonstrated success in the Northeast market, particularly in major metropolitan areas
Strong understanding of smart home integration and automated shading solutions
Experience working with architects, designers, and commercial developers
Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with high-end clients
Knowledge of regional building codes and energy efficiency requirements
