Responsibilities
Spreadsheet creation and management (Legal-Medical-Review, Meeting logistics, MIRFs, company website for clinical study)
Design, manage and update internal PowerPoint presentations and spreadsheets for Medical Conferences
Scheduling internal/external meetings
Updating monthly metrics from Company website and other Scientific Communication Projects
Calendar management of internal and external customers
Medical Science Liaison – KOL Engagement Decks
Template development and maintenance
Updating and maintaining customer engagement deck templates and logistical information
Updating Territory Maps

Required
3-5 years Project Management experience (Administrative, Coordinator)
3-5 years Pharmaceutical Industry Experience, Medical Affairs experience a plus
Required computer skills including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and programs such as LiveMeeting®, Zoom and MS Teams.
Understanding complex logistics, milestone tracking
