Responsibilities
Develop and document a scalable, end-to-end client onboarding workflow, establishing standard timelines, clear documentation, and regular stakeholder meetings across key business functions to address onboarding challenges. Collaborate on creating automated tools and operational guidelines to streamline onboarding and ensure consistency.
Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus and gather user insights.
Work closely with cross-functional and technical teams to define roles, coordinate handoffs, and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Design process diagrams and workflows (using tools such as Visio), including creating standard swimlane documentation to clearly define roles, responsibilities, and handoffs across functions.
Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), functional specifications, and use cases.
Manage backlog grooming and prioritization to ensure alignment with business goals and timely delivery of high-impact items.
Establish metrics for process improvement, track progress, and ensure alignment with company goals.
Analyze and document business requirements, using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA for project tracking and communication.
Perform hands-on testing to validate software functionality and ensure requirements are met.
Apply analytical thinking and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) to support data-driven decisions and resolve business challenges.
Mentor team members on simple, effective tools and processes to improve organization and analysis skills, like using SharePoint, Excel, and shared documents for better collaboration and documentation.

Required
8+ years of experience in business analysis and project management, ideally within an Agile environment.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment with 24x7x365 operations, understanding the demands and challenges of continuous production cycles.
Experience in developing custom software solutions and collaborating with development teams to meet specific business needs.
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet evolving business needs.
Proven experience in workflow design, process modeling, and process improvement methodologies.
Strong documentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Visio (or equivalent), and professional documentation, including standard swimlane documentation to outline roles, responsibilities, and handoffs.
Advanced skills in data analysis (Excel, SQL, Power BI) to support decision-making and process improvements.
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to coordinate responsibilities, manage handoffs, and ensure project success.
Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and align business needs with technology solutions.
Demonstrated adaptability and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all deliverables.
Hands-on experience with software testing to validate application functionality.
Preferred
Experience working in small to mid-sized companies, where versatility and the ability to work across multiple functions is essential.
Agile, SAFe, and Scrum certifications are a plus.
