Responsibilities

Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and ensure alignment with Netwrix product capabilities.
Manage customer onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication.
Monitor and analyze product usage to detect and address potential challenges early.
Collaborate with technical support, product management, and R&D teams to resolve customer issues and implement improvements.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships and trust.
Develop and deliver training materials, knowledgebase entries, and documentation to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
Provide feedback on recurring issues to guide product enhancements and process optimizations.

Required

Proven experience in technical customer support, technical account management, or a related role.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in implementing customer-focused strategies.
Hands-on experience with technical troubleshooting in areas such as Windows Server, Active Directory, or similar environments.
Proficiency in technical tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
Analytical thinking with a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Advanced knowledge of networking, operating systems, and virtualization technologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about customer success and capable of fostering positive relationships.
