Responsibilities
Management and delivery of the P&C (HR) and Technology integrated implementation plan
Ensuring alignment on objectives and priorities across P&C, P&C Operations Technology and other functional partners
Responsible for the BAU planning, analysis, and execution of strategic projects within the P&C (HR) Operations sub-function under P&C
Fosters relationships with internal stakeholders by working collaboratively with other corporate and country-level teams including P&C, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Employee Benefits, Compensation, IT, and Finance
Support the GVP of Global People Analytics, Operations & Systems Strategy in leading and facilitating discussions needed for project decision analysis including development and assessment of outcome scenarios and alternative options, robust go/no go decision criteria, value assessment, and investment implications

Required
Understanding of end-to-end business processes and high level of understanding of general business operations and internal control concepts
5+ years of experience in project management or in strategic/management consulting roles
Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to facilitate trade-offs, assess pros/cons, develop recommendations / next steps
Self-starter who is able to proactively anticipate problems and opportunities
