Responsibilities

Maintain sales data in Salesforce to ensure it is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to track team progress to goals.
Manage prospect account follow-ups to ensure timely advancement through the sales cycle and support sales lead with client follow-ups, as requested.
Prepare sales content (scoping documents, presentations, proposals, etc.), as requested, and maintain content organization in SharePoint.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain periodic updates of sales content, as applicable.
Manage sales diligence requests for prospect accounts, including draft and submitting diligence requests, coordinate activities among internal stakeholders, and prepare related sales slides; support diligence activities for customer accounts, as requested.
Support Sales team pipeline planning by key segmentation areas; prepare prospect account product SWOT analysis.
Coordinate mailing notifications through Salesforce on new products, price increases, or other important company updates.
Manage Salesforce and SharePoint documents and reporting.
Support Sales on daily ad-hoc requests: Requests may include but will not be limited to the aggregation of content from various internal stakeholders, documentation within SalesForce.com, follow-up requests internally/externally.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, Analytics, and Product Teams to drive sales through the sales cycle.
Support standardization and automation of current processes in Salesforce.com to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Support Sales training on sales process execution.
Support with additional requests as needed for sales support.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of relevant work experience; healthcare industry preferred
Strong MS Office and Salesforce.com
Exceptional analytical, organization, and prioritization skills
Ability to complete tasks while maintaining a positive customer experience (internal and external stakeholders)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated individual who can work independently, as well as participate on team projects
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete assignments within aggressive time constraints while still delivering high quality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
