Responsibilities
Utilize motivational interviewing and active listening skills to engage, excite, and relate to members in a self-led manner that connects members’ health and wellness goals to the company solution.
Apply appropriate sales techniques and demonstrate sustained achievement of monthly goals and metrics.
Provide education and insight on chronic disease management in a non-academic and non-clinical way.
Be enthusiastic, optimistic, and passionate about health and helping others.
Following PHI and HIPAA requirements.

Required
2+ years’ experience in high volume sales in a call center environment.
Demonstrated effective organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette skills that encourage and engage positive actions.
Independent, creative self-starter, flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment that encourages critical thinking and creative problem solving.
Ability to learn, understand, and communicate benefit offering information.
Proficient with technology, web-based applications, mobile applications, CRM (salesforce), softphone, etc.
Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
Following PHI and HIPAA requirements
Preferred
Chronic disease, behavioral health, and/or diabetes knowledge highly preferred.
Knowledge and experience in motivational interviewing preferred.
