Responsibilities

You enjoy planning, supervising and directing assigned staff; prepares input and justifies assigned budget for assigned team activities.

You are interested in furthering your expertise and knowledge managing the day-to-day operations of the technical specialist who performs technical work of the organization's assistance center.

You look forward to reviewing organizational related information on the websites to assess its current, accuracy and consistency with organizational policy and procedure.

You look forward to demonstrating your skills managing projects such as publications, letters of protest follow-up review, and public or internal dissemination of policy or procedure guidance.

This position requires the completion of OF-450 Financial Disclosure.

You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position.

Specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the federal service.

Experience in leading a staff of technical specialists, assess productivity, effectiveness and efficiency of the organizational filing systems and databases to identify and resolve problems with internal and external customers.

Experience in analyzing and coordinating organizational business requirements by collaborating with senior management to prioritize system requirements and interface specifications to other automated information systems in order to meet operational and organizational goals.

Experience in identifying areas of product and services improvement through independent review and user feedback and inquiries.
