Responsibilities

Manage the MRC compliance program by deeply understanding requirements, defining milestones and success criteria, planning resource allocation, and leading internal compliance reviews/proactive assessments.

Coordinate, track, and deliver technical projects that span across multiple teams in the organization related to emerging MRC requirements and continuous improvement efforts.

Plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders for the annual MRC audit.

Act as a primary liaison between Human and our MRC auditors.

Support the product and technical teams by translating compliance requirements into product requirements as they relate to our product offerings.
