Responsibilities
Selecting and contracting subcontractors in compliance with Federal guidelines.
Maintaining subcontractor agreements and thorough documentation.
Negotiating with vendors.
Creating Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and supporting the development of Statements of Work (SoWs) in accordance with Federal guidelines.
Evaluating bids.

Required
3+ years of experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry.
Familiarity with Federal Procurement Processes & Federal Acquisition Regulations related to CFR200.
Preferred
Proven ability to read and comprehend product specifications for HVAC systems, hot water heaters, and other energy efficiency and solar products.
Strong negotiation skills.
Experience with Change Order processes.
Proficiency in the M365 suite of products.
Experience in procurement functions specific to the multifamily segment of the construction industry.
