Responsibilities
Develop and execute a robust e-commerce strategy that aligns with the company's overall product vision and growth targets.
Own the revenue success of the product from concept to launch, for e-commerce products, ensuring seamless execution and go-to-market success.
Gather and prioritize customer, market, and competitive intelligence to fuel e-commerce product innovation and optimize online sales funnels.
Lead product-level experiments and A/B tests to optimize conversion rates, user experience, and digital engagement.
Align cross-functional teams around a unified e-commerce strategy with clear goals, accountability, and metrics.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure digital products are built for scalability, performance, and market needs.
Define minimum viable products (MVPs), prototypes, and specifications with a focus on rapid iteration and responsiveness to market feedback.
Drive a customer-centric approach to innovation by working with product development and CX teams to leverage customer insights, improve user experience, and reduce churn.
Implement data-driven decision-making processes using analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
Partner with marketing to develop and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and SEM initiatives to drive traffic and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing on branding, content, and social media to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence across all e-commerce touchpoints.
Heavy involvement with sales team, growth strategies, and go-to-market execution
Work closely with customer experience and support teams to refine the online customer journey, boost retention, and build a strong knowledge base.
Collaboration with product management, engineering and project/program management team focused on e-commerce growth and innovation.

Required
Proven success in leading e-commerce growth initiatives, with a track record of taking digital products to market and driving significant revenue.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to optimize online customer journeys, and improve overall profitability.
Strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams and drive initiatives that support e-commerce growth.
Experience building products from scratch and successfully scaling them in the e-commerce space.
Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred
MBA or technical degree a plus.
