Responsibilities
Configure and manage Jira software: Customize Jira projects, workflows, screens, and fields to meet the needs of the organization.
Provide user support: Assist users with troubleshooting, training, and best practices to ensure effective use of Jira.
Integrate Jira with other tools: Set up and manage integrations with other software tools used by the organization, such as Confluence, Slack, and version control systems.
Monitor and maintain system performance: Regularly check system health, perform updates, and manage backups to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
Develop and maintain documentation: Create and update user guides, training materials, and system documentation.
Implement best practices: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and collaboration.
User management: Manage user permissions and roles to ensure secure and appropriate access to Jira resources.
Report and dashboard creation: Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into project progress, resource utilization, and other key metrics.

Required
Experience with Jira software management, configuration, and maintenance.
Ability to customize Jira projects, workflows, screens, and fields.
Experience providing user support, including troubleshooting and training.
Knowledge of integrating Jira with other tools such as Confluence, Slack, and version control systems.
Ability to monitor and maintain system performance, including performing updates and managing backups.
Experience in developing and maintaining documentation, including user guides and training materials.
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Experience in managing user permissions and roles within Jira.
Ability to develop custom reports and dashboards for project insights.
