Responsibilities
Guide clients through the deployment and configuration of Qdrant’s technologies on various cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
Support customers in setting up scalable and secure environments tailored to their use cases.
Assist with infrastructure design and optimization to ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of Qdrant solutions.
Provide support for containerization, orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and cloud integrations.
Conduct hands-on technical demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Qdrant.
Build and present proof-of-concept implementations that align with customer requirements.
Diagnose and resolve technical challenges during the integration and deployment process.
Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues requiring engineering input.
Work with the Cloud Engineering Team to incorporate feedback from customer interactions into product development.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical guidance when necessary.

Required
3+ years in a technical implementation, systems engineering, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of networking, security, and distributed systems.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python and / or GoLang.
Familiarity with database technologies, including vector databases and search systems like Elasticsearch or Solr.
Preferred
Experience working with open-source technologies and contributing to them.
Ability to script and automate infrastructure tasks.
Background in AI or machine learning applications, such as recommendation systems or NLP.
