Responsibilities
Support hiring needs across internal roles, fractional outsourcing engagements, and coaching platforms.
Manage full-cycle recruiting and build talent pipelines for niche roles in alternative investments, coaching, and consulting.
Leverage Lever (our ATS) to streamline processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Required
4 - 6 years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in professional services or alternative investments
A mix of Internal and Agency recruitment is a HUGE plus
Bachelors Degree in human resources or similar
Proficient with Lever or similar ATS platforms
Skilled in direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking
Ability to manage multiple searches with precision and efficiency
