Responsibilities
Work with Account Executives to qualify and Support customers throughout trials/PoCs and launch
Raise insights and trends identified from customer interactions
Work with engineering team to resolve customer issues

Required
6 + years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering or sales engineering
Deep experience with using/operating one of the large cloud providers AWS/GCP/Azure
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language
Experienced with PostgreSQL and SQL
Experience working in enterprise environments and customers
Understanding of how setup and operate a container orchestration tool (K8s, ECS, etc)
Self-guided, Resourceful, Excellent communicator
Genuine interest in understanding the issues and use cases our customers are solving
English as spoken and written English to be able to write solid documentation for new features you develop
