Responsibilities
Develop and lead full account management field team to develop and execute strategic business plans and engagement strategy to meet account objectives
Leads account management field team while fostering a culture of accountability, urgency, high-performance, and ethical behavior while ensuring professional development and exceeding goals
Engage with account leadership including C-Suite, Pharmacy, Value/Procurement, Formulary/P&T/Pathway decision makers, specialty GPO teams and other population-based stakeholders’ timely access, optimal product positioning and contract pull-through where appropriate
Demonstrated relationships and leadership among various customer groups including specialty GPOs, Academic Institutions, Community Hospitals, Community Clinic Network Aggregators, Pathway Committee members, Special interests’ groups (i.e. COA, NCODA, ATOPP etc.)
Clarifies and sets account management business objectives that align with Celcuity strategy to ensure performance targets are exceeded through execution of business initiatives
Demonstrated ability to develop contract business case proposals
Effectively communicate account performance to senior leadership
Work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional leadership stakeholders including Sales, Business Operations, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Legal to achieve company/brand goals and objectives
Identify/solicit and share insights/trends within target accounts including but not limited to; business models, relevant metrics, unique challenges, strategic goals, procedures for protocol (formulary/pathway/order sets) development and placement of Celcuity products within them

Required
Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Management, Marketing, Science, or related field
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
5-7 years of focused account management experience in oncology marketplace with access influencers
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership including the ability to influence without positional authority
Strong management and team-building skills
Effective and agile decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent analytical skills and ability to effectively utilize available market data to understand all aspects of the market access channel landscape
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
Proven business and strategic acumen creating contract business proposals and supporting recommendations
Superior written, oral, and group communication skills
Proven success in developing executive level approval of contract business cases including the rigorous financial analytics needed to support those business cases
Preferred
Master’s degree or other advanced degree
