Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers for healthcare positions.
Sourcing Strategies: Collaborate with functional teams to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Talent Pipeline: Continuously build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future healthcare needs.
Networking: Attend virtual career fairs and professional conferences to source new talent and build industry connections.
Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience by promptly addressing inquiries and assisting throughout the hiring process.
Business Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, providing regular updates on recruitment strategies.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and relevant federal and state legislation.
Industry Knowledge: Develop relationships within the industry to gain insights and referrals for talent acquisition.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, offering insights and recommendations throughout the recruitment process.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
2 years of high-volume healthcare recruiting experience (20-30 hires/month)
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience for various roles
Proven ability to provide high-level customer service and effectively partner with business leaders
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Proficient in Microsoft applications and technology-based recruiting solutions
Ability to effectively present information to managers and clients

Preferred

Dialysis recruiting experience
Strong experience with Phenom
