Responsibilities
Assist your manager with work coordination for the team
Perform technical oversight of Captiva usage across the department
Collaborate with teams to build solutions that utilize Captiva optimally
Advise across CSC on the use of Captiva
Serve as the Operations leader for Captiva in the DevOps partnership within CSC
Stay abreast of OpenText’s product roadmap for Captiva and reconcile that roadmap with CSC’s product roadmaps
With CSC’s Infrastructure Services organization, monitor and maintain all production Captiva deployments for health, scalability, and stability.

Required
A minimum of 4-5 years of Captiva experience
Prior Developer experience
Knowledge of agile processes
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Security Engineering, or equivalent field experience
Preferred
Documentum experience preferred
