Responsibilities
Manage client accounts that are low in impact and complexity
Provide education and consultation to clients regarding standards, regulations, and the audit process
Handle requests for new product certifications and provide maintenance and revision services for existing clients and certified products
Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements
Manage and maintain documentation and database systems for assigned clients and products
Meet turnaround times, revenue targets, and project management metrics as assigned
Identify and develop opportunities to grow the business within assigned client accounts

Required
Pursuing an Associate Degree or relevant industry experience
1-5 years of relevant account management or customer service experience
Ability to work independently while being team oriented
Self-starter with excellent time management and organization skills, with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and multiple software applications
Preferred
Experience in customer service and managing high-profile clients or key accounts
Experience with IATF and AS Standards
