Responsibilities

Provide moderate to more complex analysis

Leverage critical thinking and business acumen to develop insights, deliver analysis, and provide solutions to increasingly more complex business problems – projects will largely focus on opportunities which exist within the branch network such as goals, scheduling, staffing, hours, etc.

Develop and deliver presentations that include the right data, the right amount of detail, and 'tells the right story' to business partners – projects will be distributed throughout various levels of the organizational hierarchy, each with unique needs that must be accounted for

Identify and anticipate business need, understand how to obtain information

Lead projects alongside junior staff support; provide input, direction, review, quality assurance, and mentorship to junior staff

Lead conversations with business partners

Make process improvement suggestions

Required

Master’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, or the Natural Sciences and 3 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, or the Natural Sciences and 5 years of relevant experience

Proficient with data visualization, particularly Tableau

Proficient with Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint

Proficient with query writing/coding including complex joins
