Responsibilities
Interview vet and hire account executives through LinkedIn Ads based on geography of CEO Life Chapter.
Build a group training program for AE’s to learn our offer, be able to sell and use prospecting automations.
Improve performance of AE’s to meet and exceed quotas of five new members a week.
Experience selling a high ticket offer between $5,000 - $30,000.
A positive addition to our glowing culture in Slack, weekly meetings and a mostly remote team.
Strong pipeline and reporting management. This position will report directly to the CEO who will want to know projections for the week, pipeline status and health of sales team.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years' of experience in sales
Passion for community and business growth
Strong leadership skills
Proven sales experience, preferably in a business or networking context for a high ticket offer in the $5,000 to $30,000 range.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to recruit and engage members.
Knowledge of the local business community and a network of professional contacts.
Enthusiasm for the club's mission and values.
