Responsibilities

Lead program management for quote-to-cash initiatives, overseeing discovery, planning, and implementation

Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Finance, Legal, BizTech, and Revenue Operations team to plan, scope, and identify deliverables, required resources, and timing for new initiatives

Define clear goals, prioritize the right work, and use data to drive crisp decisions in partnership with stakeholders

Create and manage Quote to Cash project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines, adjust schedules and plans as needed, and identify and resolve risks/issues to ensure project success

Lead day-to-day execution of Quote to Cash projects and assist with the planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for the project; deliver status updates to relevant executives and team members of the Quote to Cash work stream

Develop KPIs, metrics, and reporting to drive execution and improvement

Manage cross-team dependencies, align roadmaps, and unblock teams. Support planning activities that identify dependencies

Lead other various company initiatives and projects as requested

Required

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; Master’s in Business or Business Administration preferred

Resides in the Eastern or Central time zones

A strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) methodologies, Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems and strategy development within the SaaS industry

A strategic mindset, and the ability to deeply understand the bigger picture while also executing on the details of deliverables

The ability to implement structure, order, and clarity to ambiguous problems with little direction or oversight

A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude, and can work effectively as an individual or as part of a team

Strong leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders at all levels of seniority, building strong trusted relationships and leading through influence

Problem-solving skills and sound judgment to make decisions within ambiguous situations; flexibility and adaptability to remain effective while responding to new challenges and opportunities
