Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Client Time and Attendance Team Lead on project planning and execution.
Work with Business Process Re-engineering teams to design "to-be" business processes aligned with WFS Industry Standards.
Lead the development of Time Attendance, Absences, and Scheduling workbooks.
Facilitate workshops, develop test scenarios, and provide training support.
Identify risks, system defects, and process issues; escalate them as required.
Contribute to Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts and engage stakeholders effectively.
Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including testing, roll-out, and post-go-live.

Required
5+ years of WorkForce Software Configuration experience in Time Attendance, Absences, and Scheduling implementations.
Successful completion of at least 2 large-scale implementations for organizations with 3,000+ collective bargaining agreement time rules.
WorkForce Software (WFS) Certifications in: Time and Attendance Management, Absence Management, Leave Request, Scheduling.
In-depth understanding of collective bargaining agreement time rules.
Expertise in configuring and testing WFS modules and business rules.
Proven experience in conducting requirements workshops and documenting business processes.
Proficiency in integration design for cloud and on-premise applications.
Advanced technical and analytical skills for identifying, documenting, and resolving system defects.
Expertise in WFS CJS Job Scheduling Configuration.
