Responsibilities
Lead the Sales Department to drive revenue growth, aligning all activities with SSP’s mission, vision, and values.
Make timely and impactful decisions, often under pressure, to support revenue and growth targets.
Develop and implement a comprehensive annual sales plan that supports SSP’s growth objectives across all service lines.
Recommend and adapt sales strategies based on market research and competitive analysis to capture new business and expand market share.
Oversee the implementation of sales strategies, holding team members accountable to achieve defined revenue and performance metrics.
Analyze monthly sales data, making informed adjustments to strategy, processes, and team focus to optimize revenue growth.
Ensure adherence to organizational spending requirements to maximize profitability.
Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team capable of executing key sales and service initiatives.
Collaborate with SSP leadership on annual and multi-year growth plans, shaping discipline-specific strategies to achieve both short- and long-term revenue goals.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Customer Success, and Finance to continuously improve processes related to product, talent, and customer service quality.
Represent SSP in consulting projects as required, as well as focus on enhancing relationships with clients to drive account penetration, and referral business.
Maximize revenue potential by training the sales team in selling all facets of SSP’s services, enhancing their consultative approach and ability to identify client needs.
Work with the COO to create and execute marketing strategies that support sales efforts across all service lines.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal partners, positioning SSP as a trusted advisor in the industry.
Foster a results-driven, motivated, supportive sales culture that values accountability, collaboration, and recognition.

Required
High level hotel sales experience a must
Results Driven
Proven track record of success in building and maintaining high level relationships
Ability to adapt quickly and perform under high expectations
Ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure
Ability to meet deadlines and embrace ongoing change
Requires excellent organization, time management, interpersonal skills
Must be an ambitious self-starter with a desire to learn
Eligibility to work in the US
Preferred
Experience in Strategic Sales Account Management preferred
