Senior Account Manager (Antifoams & Defoamers)

Responsibilities
Connect with customers via phone, e-mail, virtual visits, and in-person
Maintain and grow an existing book of business (currently around $8 million)
Prospect and focus on earning new business from new and existing customers
Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical, marketing, and supply chain
Report sales activities and forecasts using SAP Cloud
Attend trade shows, conferences, and training events as needed

Required
2+ years of consumer products sales experience
Knowledge and direct experience selling anti-foams and defoamers
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree (preferred, not required)
