Responsibilities
Conduct detailed and sophisticated data analyses using SQL, and possibly Python or R, to extract actionable insights that directly influence advertising/incentive strategies
Develop and refine budget/financial models and forecasting techniques to support with strategy & design of advertiser incentive programs.
Collaborate with accounting, finance to reconcile for actuals
Leverage existing data foundation to build queries, validate/modify data pipelines, create dashboards and develop insights and analysis
Collaborate with data science team to support with data validation exercises
Work collaboratively with various teams to integrate data-driven insights into broader business strategies, enhancing program effectiveness and operational efficiencies.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing process enhancements that drive operational agility and strengthen partner relationships.
Participate in internal community of practice sessions.
Collaborate on industry thought leadership.
Complete client case studies and learning material.
Contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
Participate in internal networking events.
Work with leadership on career development opportunities.

Required
Strong proficiency in SQL and significant experience in forecasting, budget modeling, financial modeling.
Familiarity with Social Media Marketing & Advertisers / Marketing Space
Experience with Finance and Accounting Concepts - FP&A, Budget Ops, Accruals, Reconciliation
Proficiency in Business Productivity Apps such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong client-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of working collaboratively across different teams and levels within an organization.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes aligned with strategy.
