Responsibilities
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including but not limited to social media, professional networking sites, job boards, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles.
Employ advanced Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, etc.) to effectively target and engage passive candidates.
Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Engage with candidates through personalized outreach, emails, and networking events to establish strong relationships and promote employer brand awareness.
Conduct initial screening assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Track and report sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Driving operational efficiencies in a high-volume recruiting environment.
Operating with under the recruiter compliance outlined by Solventum.
Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of candidate sourcing experience
OR High School Diploma/GED AND nine (9) years of candidate sourcing experience
Five (5) years of combined sourcing experience across Corporate, Agency, or RPO in a private, public, government or military environment
Experience using Workday for recruiting.
Preferred
Experience as a Talent Scout in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Experience using sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
Advance experience with Boolean search strings and other search methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Recruiting CRM’s and other HR software.
