Responsibilities
Deliver high quality training solutions within own pre-defined area to both internal and external audiences using different delivery methods (e.g. classrooms, OJT, practical) at Sidel, at the customer site or via distance learning.
Deliver Technical Training for internal and external Customers - focus on Customer Satisfaction.
Support Content Designer on technical training material creation - Support practical tests definition for customer trainees competences assessments.
Support the creation and design of training modules for the FSE Training Path.
Develop advanced knowledge on Sidel product - multi skill.
Coach, support and drive the FSEs the technical activities, the troubleshooting and the reporting deliverables.
Participate in and implement the Qualification program and manage capabilities development for internal and Customer needs.
Ensure the identification and coordination of the Qualification programs according to Regional needs.
Ensure the design, production and availability of new and updated learning solution materials, accordingly to training demand from Customers and internal employees.

Required
Availability to travel to customers' site up to 65%
Technical diploma or equivalent
Mandatory English
Technical subject matter expertise on Technical Training solution area
Preferred
Previous experience as field technician is a strong plus
Experience in industrial equipment industry is a strong plus
Specialization in Automation-Mechanic engineering is a plus
Spanish is a plus
Knowledge of training content design tools (e.g. Solid Work, CAD, multimedia animation creation) is a plus
Previous experience as a trainer is a strong plus
