Responsibilities
Building a new business consulting practice within Jupiter Capital Management
Engaging in business development efforts with our marketing team to market the firm and their practice
Negotiating and onboarding a new clientele base
Negotiating and executing successfully the Scope of Work for new clients
Engaging and collaborating with the growing team of Principal Consultants
Forming a team of direct-report Senior Managers, Associates and Analysts for the growing practice area to manage multiple client engagements
Being part of teams for which the firm is actively submitting proposals to RFPs for entities actively seeking consultants to work on a project
Collaboration with the marketing & business development team in pitching for engagements will be an essential part of the role

Required
15+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Audit
All areas of risk management, including operational, credit, market, insurance, environmental, climate, health and safety
All areas of compliance, including healthcare & life sciences
All areas of audit except for the auditing and sign-off on financial statements
Experience in building a new business consulting practice
Ability to engage in business development efforts
Experience in negotiating and onboarding a new clientele base
Experience in negotiating and executing Scope of Work for new clients
Ability to engage and collaborate with a team of Principal Consultants
Experience in managing multiple client engagements
Ability to collaborate with marketing & business development teams
