Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for day-to-day operations across all regional facilities and departments
Develop and execute short and long-term strategic plans to drive regional growth and operational efficiency
Establish and monitor key performance metrics to ensure accountability and measurable progress
Implement and maintain continuous improvement programs to enhance organizational capabilities

Required
Proven track record managing 20+ locations across a broad geographic area
Experience leading large, skilled, distributed workforce teams
General management experience with full P&L responsibility
Strong financial acumen and understanding of operational impacts on P&L
Demonstrated success in partnering with front-line employees in high-performance work environments
Proven ability to anticipate and exceed customer requirements
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Strong executive presence with professional communication style
Demonstrated leadership ability with track record of achieving results through others
Strategic planning capability with 1-2 year forward-thinking mindset
Excellence in managing multiple priorities and complex operations
Problem-solving skills at both strategic and functional levels
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
Proven track record in team motivation and development
